Wife and husband own the HDB flat as joint tenants. Wife wants to make a Will which is a legal document to declare how her share in the HDB flat is to be distributed upon her death.

(2) Special clause for husband and wife owning the HDB flat as joint tenant. Wife's Will can include this special clause :
" If my husband shall survive me for a period of one month, I give to him absolutely my share of the Housing and Development Board flat which the said flat is now vested in myself and my said husband as joint tenant and in the event that ____________________________________________________________"
