When two or more persons, by fighting in a public place, disturb the public peace, are they committing any offence?  To fight is to take part in a violent struggle involving the exchange of physical blows or the use of weapons.  For example, when two persons exchanged blows in the MRT station and thereby disturbed the public peace, have they committed any offence even though it was a fight between the two persons only?
