You are the owner of a property and you give a licence to someone (known as licensee) to use part of your premises. You entered into a Licence Agreement with the licensee to allow him to use part of the premises. This irresponsible licensee left your premises in a sad state of disrepair. The licensee did not make good the premises as he is obliged to do so under the Licence Agreement. You get your own contractor to do the repair works and claim the repair costs from the licensee.
