A tenancy is a contract where possession of a property is transferred to the tenant for a fixed term by the owner also known as the landlord in return for a periodical payment of a sum of money called the rental. During the period of possession, the tenant damaged the property and refused to repair the damage caused to the tenanted property.  You the Landlord then engaged your own contractor to rectify the damage and claim the cost of repair from the tenant.
